Riviera Residences Tower 1 is the first phase of the prestigious coastal residential complex on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi from the developer Mered, which is one of the two towers of the complex. The facade of the building stands out for its innovative design with wavy lines and spectacular finishes made of iridescent materials. The building has an impressive ground floor, combining buildings of different heights with a number of floors from 27 to 35.
The residences are offered in various configurations: apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, duplexes, penthouses and villas with a number of bedrooms from 3 to 4.

Al Reem Island is an 8.8 square kilometer natural island located on the northeastern shore of Abu Dhabi near Yas Island and Saadiyat. The area is connected to the island part of the city by bridges. The key features of the island are developed infrastructure and incredible views of the Persian Gulf.
